In addition to her athletic achievements, Dipa is also an ambassador for women’s rights in sports and serves as an inspiration to young girls everywhere. To honor her accomplishments, Dipa was presented with the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, one of India’s highest sporting honors.
