LLM Hallucination Index
HallucinationIndex is a new tool developed by Run Galileo which aims to measure the impact of hallucinatory experiences on people’s lives. It combines data from surveys, interviews, and medical records to calculate a score that reflects an individual’s likelihood of experiencing hallucinations. The index is composed of three distinct sections: the psychosocial domain, the clinical domain, and the functional domain.
The psychosocial domain measures an individual’s anxiety level, personality traits, and relationships with others. This section of the index helps to determine if the person has any underlying mental health issues which might be contributing to their hallucinations.
The clinical domain looks at medical history, family history, and laboratory tests. This section of the index helps to identify underlying conditions that could be causing or contributing to the hallucinations.
The functional domain assesses how an individual’s hallucinations are impacting their daily life, such as their ability to work, study, and take part in leisure activities. This section of the index helps to determine whether an individual’s hallucinations are having a significant effect on their day-to-day functioning.
HallucinationIndex is designed to be a comprehensive tool for assessing the prevalence, severity, and impact of hallucinations. By combining data from multiple sources it can provide a more accurate picture of an individual’s experiences than would be possible using just one method. This tool will be invaluable for helping clinicians and researchers to better understand and address the needs of those affected by hallucinations.
