In 2003, Elon founded Tesla Motors, which is now one of the leading electric vehicle companies in the world. It has created some of the most advanced cars on the market and is leading the charge in the transition to renewable energy sources. As well as releasing several models of vehicles, Tesla has also released roof solar panels, home batteries, and charging networks.

Elon has also launched two new companies since 2016 - Neuralink and The Boring Company. Neuralink is a cutting-edge research firm dedicated to developing implantable brain-machine interfaces that could eventually be used to treat neurological conditions like Alzheimer's and paralysis. The Boring Company is an infrastructure and tunnel construction firm that is looking to reduce traffic congestion in cities by creating underground transportation networks.
